Landing on the schedule the week after the British Open and the week before the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, Jim Furyk might be tempted to skip the RBC Canadian Open just to get a week off. Kenny Perry posted a playoff victory over Brad Adamonis and Jay Williamson Sunday to capture the John Deere Classic. The win on the first extra hole at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill., gave Perry his third victory in his last five starts and propelled him to second in the FedEx Cup standings, trailing only Tiger Woods.
