An eagle 3 on the 11th followed immediately by a hole in one helped Catriona Matthew to come home in a miserly 30 shots and grab a share of the lead at the halfway stage of the Ricoh Women's British Open at Royal Lytham and St. Anne's Golf Club. Matthew was soon joined at 3-under by Giulia Sergas, who also began the day at 2-over and shot 67.
