Padraig Harrington's British Open win may be a sign of the times for U.S. golfers on the PGA Tour

Outside of Tiger Woods and possibly Phil Mickelson (though his play has been hideous of late), U.S. golfers may struggle even more now in getting to the winner's circle at golf's biggest events.
