PGA Championship Column: Wimpy American players not exactly manning up

As rain pelted Oakland Hills Country Club South Course Saturday afternoon, the U.S. players in contention turned into marshmallow mush men. The worst of the lot is Kenny Perry, who withdrew from his first major of the season for Lasik eye surgery after shooting a 9-over through 36.
