An unlikely working village an hour north of Milwaukee has become the site of one of America's top golf destinations: Kohler, Wisconsin.
The Kohler designer plumbing empire has established a golf wing over the last two decades thanks to Herb Kohler's vision, and now four Pete Dye golf courses at two separate golf clubs, mixed with five-star accommodation, put it right on par with America's most coveted resorts like Pinehurst, Kiawah and Bandon Dunes and outright destinations like Myrtle Beach.
