You'll find top-flight golf courses in Las Vegas - and a lot more
Ever finish playing golf at your vacation destination and wonder what you're going to do the rest of the night? When you come to Las Vegas to golf, that isn't ever a problem.
Golf might not be the first thing that people think when it comes to Las Vegas. There's all that glitz on The Strip, five-star hotels from Wynn Las Vegas to the Bellagio and The Venetian. And let's not forget a nightlife scene that regularly draws celebrity partiers and has visitors dressing in their sexy best, trying to impress.
But great golf is in Sin City, right along with that ever-ending buffet of entertainment options. If you're looking for a quick break from the tables, you can play Bali Hai right on the Strip and get a South Pacific theme with a service-focused staff. Or you can play where the PGA Tour players practice at TPC Las Vegas. Or for a secluded setting out in the desert where the winds and Pete Dye's design both howl at you, there's Paiute's Wolf Course. Click here to book a Las Vegas golf vacation package today.
Large golf groups often receive preferred rates. If you're planning a large group outing in Vegas, click here for planning assistance.

You probably picked Mesquite to avoid the crowds and chaos of Las Vegas, and the front nine at Conestoga Golf Club certainly has that middle-of-nowhere feel. Simply put, you won't find a course like this anywhere near home. With a couple of strong candidates to be the signature hole from the entire area, you'd be silly to skip it.

Some say the Super Bowl is the best time to be in Las Vegas, but if you're a golfer, it's hard to beat March. Why? Because of March Madness. The best part for sports gamblers are there are games nearly every day for the first week or so. That means you can put wagers on the games, go play a little golf, come back at night and watch games at some of the most elaborate sports books in the world.

It's all about risk/reward golf shots at Mojave Resort Golf Club. The course is a Brian Curley/Lee Schmidt design located 90 minutes south of Las Vegas in Laughlin, Nevada. This lush layout will test payers' nerves -- especially with the finishing three holes. But forget the bells and whistles; there are none at Mojave Resort G.C. That's because none are needed. It's just you against the golf course.

Mojave Resort Golf Club in Laughlin, Nev. is one of the area's most popular courses since it manages to be challenging yet playable for all skill levels. Although accuracy, thoughtful strategy, and creative shot making will be generously rewarded, the course is quite forgiving. It's a great layout for high handicappers and beginners to get the hang of the game, but the back tees make it a fun and challenging round for more advanced players.
