Not far from Prague, Golf Resort Konopiste provides two 18-hole, par 72 golf courses, the Radecky Course and the D'Este Course. Beginners can play on the nine-hole Public Course. The courses are advantageously situated in a landscape with slight slopes, which is surrounded by the forest and includes various bunkers and numerous water barriers. A characteristic feature is represented especially by the great, modeled greens. A renovated chateau contains a clubroom, reception, pro shop and restaurant. The on-site Chateau Hotel offer accommodation in luxurious rooms and ideal premises for conferences and social events. European PGA commissioner John Burns helped design the Radecky Course which was named after one of the original owners of the manor: Vaclav Radecky of Radec, who was a famous marshal during the Napoleonic Wars.
