Brandon, It's great to see something written about the area. I know all too well that it's wonderful and a secret mainly because it's off the regular path and still wrongly percieved to be unsafe.
I am a PGA Member and work for the Developer at Desert Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale. I also head up a Sister City Relationship with Northern Ireland from the Phoenix area responsible for helping them with regards to golf and tourism. The courses you mentioned are second to none that I've seen in the UK. Very welcoming, affordable and quick to pair up good local players.
