I concur with your article concerning Tiger Woods. Each era has a defining figure, in golf for fans and non-fans of golf, it is indeed, Mr.Woods. As a person of color( African-American) and a bonafide golf nut, I am truly amazed and pleased that Mr.Woods has become the icon he has. We should not forget that he works extremly hard at his "craft" as do his counterparts, but where they tarry, is where he excells, he has character, goodwill, respects the game,but most importantly he respects himself and that lends creditability for the game,as it should be.
