It is absurd, that Thailand is begging again and especially in golf tourism, for help fram abroad. Foreign golfers are not very liked in the last ten years on the Thai courses. "This is my country and get lost" we have heard it so many times (i.e. at Phuket Country Club, when we ran into a 8 person flights staring on Tee 10 with locals)!!!
Often you get nasty comments in Bangkok, when the self loving "Khun Thai" is wasting his money in high bets and 5 to 6 balls flights! Itīs about time, that Thailand will get the next "monetary reform", as in 1997....
that would get them, at least for a short back to earth!!!!

Wow it a very refreshing article. Certainly it is very helpful infos for me as my boss travel a lot to play golf.
