I played the course last year to find out that they were working on it. I've played public metro courses that were in better condition.
No one in the pro shop made our group aware that work was taking place during our round. Machinery was working while we played through.
No refunds were offered. It was a dissapointing experience while vacationing.

Had a very similar experience there as well. While the course offers some great views, the conditions were less than average. The cost however, was top tier.
