One course that is one of the nicer courses around just on the north edge of Winnipeg would be the Meadows at East St. Paul. It's a "prairie links" kind of course from 5400 to 7000 yards. The greens are fantastic -- large fast, and undulating. I played this course yesterday at 4:00 for $23 on foot! Can't say enough good things about this course - amazing golf for a bargain!
