I recently called to set a tee time at Green Tree golf course.I was greeted on the phone by a very rude pro shop attendent. The man had a very low tone and was very negative. When I asked for a tee time he just stated no, then paused waiting for me to reply. Shocked at his overall lack of assistance, I asked for the name of his manager. He then offered me a tee time in the rudest tone. I wont be setting any tee times here in the future and will spread the word.
