some things that you to play, is it true that you need an offical handi cap card and play in a golf tourament?
i can get a handicap card but they don't have touranments here in austin tx for player with a 27 handicap.
so it ok to just have the handicap card?

Tournament is not manditory they will just adjust your handicap slightly lower than reported and then check your 1st and 2nd day scores to see if you are a sandbagger. SANDBAGING could get you dqd
