The golf course is actually in University Place, WA. The location of the article correctly identifies the city. However, the title misleads readers to think that the course is "in Tacoma" before the article corrects that locating the course "near Tacoma", but never identifying where the course actually is.

Because Chambers Bay was actually designed for the Open, it can handle many more people than could fit on the mostly private courses where the Open has been in the past. It has the capacity to be the largest Open in history. The USGA will take advantage of that.

Hello.
<
Regarding the potential of Chambers Bay to generate record crowds: Has the USGA lifted the 20k limit on ticket sales at their U.S. Open? I hope they have done so.
<
It always irked me that unlike their British counterparts who have never imposed ticket limits on the "Open," that the esteemed USGA in fact are complicit in creating a "black market" by restricting ticket sales.
