Although she is a great player amonst her peers she is no way even close to the men. If she had to play from the same tees she would be50 to a 100 yards behind on every tee shot. I doubt she would break 80 aT AUGUSTA

| Lorena against the men |

by chipper78
I would like to see her even try to qualify for the Mens U.S Open....she wouldn't get past local qualifying. The ladies are fine players, but the gap between the top ladies and men (even guys ranked 500 or so) is FRICKIN HUGE...sort of like the difference between the size of your pea brain vs. that of a normal human.

I second your thoughts. The way some of the men play in the PGA even with a differential of 50-100 (actual it is not that much difference)yards she could put a competitive appearance, and made some of them think about their games. Your article is not idiotic nor moronic. Besides as any other sport golfing is just another business.

| Ladies and PGA |
April 8, 2008, 12:47 pm |
by Harper Paul Williams
Dear Sir,
Let the ladies play the LPGA and the men play the PDA. The current Mexican Champ is great but why spoil that.
The ladies have some very solid championships. Wie is a bust and Annika did very well but said she is very pleased playing on the LPGA. She is one of the best ever and should know.
Nothing is accomplished by women playing on the tour other than dilute the tours of both men and women.
Why doesn't Tiger or someone play on the LPGA. He and the others could probably drive many of the greens. That makes no sense. Play the LPGA and lets enjoy tradition.

Point 1
Your illustrious career: Who are you? who has ever heard of you?
Point 2: Your pee. It has to be the most stupid analogy, comment, statement, I have ever heard in my life. A bit offensive that you discuss golf, when you really prefer to be under a golden shower.
Point 3:
Women vs men. Whats the point other than to give you Illustrious know it alls something to write about.
The Best woman can beat the average guy. Whats that prove.

What kind of a moron do you have writing for you? Reach out and grab a blogger from any other site and I promise you it'll be better than this idiot. The point of the story is lost in his inability to write.

What a stupid, moronic excuse for an article. Perhaps your employer should have you do a drug test. I could not get past the first two idiotic paragraphs to read your story. Please keep things relevant.

| Lorena on the Men's tour |

by Darcy
Let's just start a new tour for the elite. It would have just Tiger Woods and Lorena as members.
C'mon, let's get serious! There eventually will be others that come along to dominate the sport and will be able to compete with the Tiger's and the Lorena's. It is truly amazing to be able to watch two incredible golfers dominate the sport. Let them be and admire what they are achieving.
It makes everyone else have to elevate their work ethics and skills to compete.

| Ochoa and the PGA |
April 8, 2008, 12:35 pm |
by A. Gene Smith
Aside from the comments about urinary problems, I fail to see why World Golf, or any other sports agency, would advocate women joining men's sports. Our society is losing it's grip on reality and common sense, and this is just the latest example. Ochoa is a remarkable golfer and seems to be an extraordinary person as well----so far, she has shown no signs of wanting to be male, so why don't we be content to see if she can equal or better Sorenstam's record before she takes on the PGA--so far, neither Sorenstam nor Wie have done very well in competing against men golf pros---it should be insulting to women pros to be seen as successful only when they can beat men pros.
