I couldnt believe what I was reading! I did not know that there is a fee for volunteering for the USGA events. Im a PGA golf professional and it makes me sick to my stomach if it is true.

yes..its very true..when i volunteered a fews year back, it cost me close to to $100 to be a volunteer..but at least i got a cap for my work...I must have gotten heat stroke that summer to be dumb enough to pay to volunteer!

Damn dude, that heat stroke must have done permanent damage! Why else would tell the whole world you paid to volunteer? I'd keep that to myself if I were you!
