When you hit it, it sounds like the cowbell player in Blue Oyster Cult. Square drivers are a FAD.
I don't care what it sounds like when it goes straight and long hole after hole. That's what its all about!
However, I must admit I do warn my playing partners not to be alarmed at the "coca cola can" noise.
I did think of suggesting to Nike that they should include three sets of ear plugs with each driver sale, but now they've redesigned it (again).
I don´t care about sound when I hit all people are looking me. I have wih PROFORCEv2 stiff shaft an I´m very happy.
I have to admit, I am one who reads reviews but never writes one. I've changed. I just bought the 2007 model on closeout Jan 2008. In my younger more powerful & Flexible days I had no problem off the Tee. Now in my early 40's with my herniated disc, well, not so good. I seem to be averaging a new driver per year looking for the Fountain of youth driver. I'm here to tell you, I have found it. I have the 9.5 stock Shaft Stiff. I kid you not, this driver is amazing! IT GOES LONG and STRAIGHT! When it goes right, it's more of a push then a slice. When left more of a pull then hook. i highly recommend this driver to any handicap.
