Cradoc round
Excellent days golf even given the extreme bad weather in previous days and weeks the course was wet but a great day out.
Great course, fantastic setting
The course was very green after a lot of wet weather, but when I played it was 32 degrees of heat and the humidity was unbearable. The green keepers were busy on the course but the semi rough was too long therefore you had to look for golf balls a lot of the time. This is obviously something that would have been remedied if the green keepers could have had enough time getting round to trimming the semi rough. The 19th hole staff was very pleasant and attentive, food choices and food preparation was great.
Poor for time of year
Played here before and course gone down hill. From the start guy in pro shop would not allow my friend to play at same price I booked in at and that set the tone. Fairways very long and rough even worse. Beautiful setting and course layout very good. Pace of play very good other than 2members pushing us along. Greens were ok.
Cradoc
Beautiful course, in great condition given the amount of recent heavy rain. Greens good, staff all friendly and price was amazing value! We'll be back!
highly recommend this course
Played this course numerous times it never disappoints. Its always well kept and even after some prolonged rain the course was in great shape.
Beautiful course
Excellent course with some of the best views you could ever want.
Absolutely fantastic in every way!
Superb golf course in fantastic condition with out of this world views, friendly staff making you feel very welcome so much so we are becoming members!
Great Course
Superb condition, greens lighting fast compared to my home course hence the 31 outs and three 3 putts :-(
No hot or cold food available at the club house after our round of golf.
Beautiful views
It was frosty, very cold, quite wet, and a couple of holes were closed - but in very good nick for the time of the year, all things considered. And on a frosty but sunny winter's day, the views were unparalleled. Very glad I played here!
Shame as views are epic
Having played course before I knew the views are spectacular. Shame the course was in poor condition for May! Greens were fluffy and appalling, fairways were ragged and overall conditions very poor.
Pace of play was very slow as there was a match on, this is where pro should always state that but they never do!
Won't be returning....sadly.
Fabulous views
Friendly staff very welcoming before and after our round. The course was in great condition considering several days of rain before we played.
Cradoc is well situated 45 mins from Cardiff just outside Brecon with the most fabulous views of any course I’ve played. The two ball in front of us were a bit slow as they continued to remove flags for every putt.
Lovely course with stunning views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf. This is a lovely course with stunning views of the Brecon Beacons!
The course is challenging with several long holes. I would recommend a round if you are in the area for the views and surroundings alone. The only slight negative was the pace of play. We teed off at 12.50pm on a Thursday and the course was busy. We let one pair through us thinking we might be slow! But caught them up on the 3rd hole and stayed behind them all the way round. The 4 ball in front were incredibly slow - even with buggies!
