Twenty Ten is the newest addition to the three-course Celtic Manor resort in Newport, just outside Cardiff. The golf course was built to host the 2010 Ryder Cup, and was designed by the European Tour Design team. The golf course plays mostly through valley lowlands through the Welsh countryside, while the final four holes play up along a mountainside that provides a natural spectator amphitheater that can accommodate up to 50,000 people.
