Pleasantly suprised
When driving from Seattle to the Tri-Cities I have passed Desert Aire GC many times and never stopped and played. I guess I just had low expectations because it's kind of in the middle of no where. On Monday I decided to stop and play since I was running early and the weather was perfect.
Wow, glad I stopped. I found a very fun, well manicured and well maintained golf course. The greens were perfect. The fairways were lush and the ball sits up nicely. I thought the course layout was interesting with lots of variety. The person in the pro shop was extremely nice and helpful. The cost made it an excellent value. I would recommend this course to others. Now that I've discovered Desert Aire, I will be stopping by again for sure.
Very nice course
If you want to golf an upscale course for a bargain price Desert Aire is the one to golf. Very nice weather, the pace of play was wide open and the course was challenging and forgiving, a must do for anyone.
