Full Cry is the newest course at Keswick Golf Club, which is part of the historic Keswick Hall. Pete Dye designed the course on top of the old Keswick Course, a 6,500-yard Arnold Palmer design. Dye made it longer, stretching the new course to more than 7,100 yards from the back tees but he kept playability in mind. The former golf course had several forced carries and elevated greens guarded in front by tall native grasses. Dye toned it down with fewer forced carries and incorporated plenty of bailout and run-up areas. The holes offer plenty of variety thanks to the stunning natural features of the landscape. The Full Cry layout is routed through forest-covered hills laced with meandering creeks. The golf course has some memorable par 5s that if played smart are reachable in two, and there are a few drivable par 4s for long hitters.
