Nice course but has its flaws
The course is good. Well worth the price. There are some issues. Mostly the roughs and dead trees. It looks like they are trying to clean it up though. First hole was confusing, so bad we had to play it twice. Layouts a little confusing because the cart paths don’t go along the whole course. All in all though I definitely play again.
Poor condition
The course was in poor condition and poorly marked
Tee boxes and greens in fabulous shape! As hot as it has been, course was in amazing shape. Enjoy playing here!
Showing age
Enjoyed the visit but the course needs more TLC and maintenance $$$. Most greens were all sand and course was already showing signs of stress from summer heat resulting in cracks and hard surfaces on fairways. Golf cart paths were mostly in terrible condition and I don’t advise anyone with back issues to to use a cart but better off walking the course.
On the plus side the green fees were very reasonable for the the course conditions and the burgers are excellent as were the staff.
Dry, hard, sandy
The ground was like hitting off rock even in the middle of the fairway. Fairways were patchy with areas of dirt/sand. Holes 10-17 had about an inch of sand on them to the point where you couldn’t even putt. Not at all worth $47. I’ve played courses that are 100 times better for $25-30. At $47 don’t waste your money.
Short but Nice Course
This is an older former country club course. Fairly short thru out the course. Front side is longer and more wide open. Back nine is shorter but much narrow fairways. Greens are a little slow, but in good shape. Good course for beginners also.
