Love this course. Hope to see more GN tee times
Only place to play bent grass in Austin. Staff is great. Played in December so it was typical winter conditions but the greens were in great shape. I hope to get more opportunities to play it
Good Challenge
Greens were great. Fairways good. Need GPS - few sprinkler heads marked. No pin location guide ,hard to judge without Laser.
Bridges are in very bad shape- scary to cross on!
Mistake over $100.00 on my bill this month- charges not mine!
Golf carts in very bad shape- no ball or club cleaner on them!
Need more mowing around the course- and trim tree branches hanging too low.
They charge us quarterly for food- whether we eat or not!
This is unexceptible!
Beautiful Hill Country Course
Played course with a Groupon.
The course is part of a real estate development that has not really "taken off" due to remoteness. But the owners have maintained the course in top condition. and continue to make improvements. The only negative on the course is lots of ball marks on the greens.
Great burger in the the grill.
Course now maybe closed
This is a very nicely designed course with potential , has very good greens, but the fairway, rough, golf carts are /were sub standard. This is mostly due to limited number of members and rounds played. They may need to go fully public to bring it back. Very nice layout and very good bentgrass greens - in TEXAS. Restaurant had very good burgers and bfast tacos. If this place comes back- hopefully they'll redo traps with white sand, and stay on top of the fairway maintainance- -and GET NEW CARTS !
Can't beat the greens
I've played many golf courses and these greens are definitely one of the best if not the best greens I have ever played on. The layout is very good. The pace of play can't be beat. Overall a very nice course.
Nice and relaxing.
It’s certainly a drive to get to the course from normal civilization. But this is a nice private, community course – somewhat open yet with a few turns that must be navigated accordingly. It was “designed by Arnold Palmer and features 12 man-made lakes, scenic waterfalls, and spectacular Hill Country views.” You’ll have a carry or two to make and the puzzle piece shaped bunkers are of course well placed. Challenge accepted!
