The front-nine holes are wide open while the back nine features more obstacles and tighter fairways. The course tends to be in solid condition, as the owners have battled hurricanes and then drought-like conditions in the past, but appear to have the battle in hand.
Dunes West is a course that has a strong resort-golf feel, and has amassed strong loyalty from its clients.
