Description
The Country Club of Hilton Head offer a semi-private, 18-hole golf course. Designed by Rees Jones, the same designer of the golf course at Bear Creek Golf Club, the par-72 course is 6,919 yards from its longest tees. Jones added some challenge to the golf course by incorporating heavily mounded fairways as well as elevated tees. The marshes and lagoons near Skull Creek were also worked into the design of the course making it not only an interesting game for all golfers but also a picturesque one. The Country Club of Hilton Head's signature hole is the par-5, 12th hole where a water hazard flows next to the fairway.
