With 20 holes comprising the Calibouge and Haig courses and designed by Rees Jones, the Haig Point Club is an exclusive, private club located in Daufuskie Island, across the Calibogue Sound from Hilton Head Island. "I had never seen a property quite like Haig Point ... with such a pristine setting and all the elements to create a great golf course," Jones has said of Haig Point. "It has the ocean, the sound, the marshes, fantastic vegetation ... I knew when I first saw it we could build a world-class golf course." The course is one that maximizes its location. Many of the holes feature coastline and forced carries. Lush island forests will be a part of your day at this club, which is only accessible via ferry.
