Sunny Fall Day
Greens in great shape; no aeration plugs yet; fairways in good shape; easy to a avoid wet spots; solo play moved at a good pace.
Only 9 holes left. Staff said being turned into condos and air B&B.
Course in transition
They closed 9 holes on the course. Future plans for a driving range.
They kept most of the best holes. This course was one of my favorite layouts years ago. Not use why they decided to go to 9 holes.
Only 9 holes
The course has closed a portion of the course with future plans of a driving range.
Fortunately they kept most of the best holes of the original 18.
Edgewood decent for a quick 9.
BARRY in the pro was a super friendly and helpful gentleman!!!!! Course is ok for a quick 9holes. Course needs alot of tlc (it is a great layout)
New Run at Old Friend
First time playing this course in many years. Was unaware they had changed it to a nine-hole course and the front nine was being deactivated. Many upgrades happening in the buildings and infrastructure. Holes in play are well maintained and course is of a medium difficulty for our type of game.
Course needs work
I played this course about 3 years ago when it was 18 holes and it was in poor shape. When I played this time the tees and greens were no better. Greens had a lot of crabgrass on them. Tee boxes need a lot of work. Fairways were in okay shape. I played this course because I wanted something fast and 9 holes were perfect for that day. I would not go back.
Till it Under
This place is a disgrace. It was the first time I left a course without playing. The greens were brown, and none of the visible greens had a flag in the hole, The fairways looked overgrown. The fact that Edgewood charges money to play this course is criminal. They need to shut this place down for good, which I know is coming soon. There was no way I was paying $20 for the aggravation that would've taken place. It looked like a crater field. Land mines could only improve the layout.
It used to be 18 holes
Only 9 holes now, I guess they’re going to build housing on the other nine?
Nine hole course as of April 2023
Course and greens in good shape. Beautiful natural surroundings amidst forest, mountain backdrop, several lakes. Fun & challenging to play.
Good value course
Since they are converting from a 18 hole to a 9 hole the numbering can be a bit confusing but over all a good course with a nice layout
Its edgewood
The title explains it all its edgewood sometimes the course is decent sometimes its Edgewood you get what you pay for was hoping the course would be taken care of more after they dropped nine holes from being a 18 hole course to a 9 hole course but it is what it is you definitely get what you pay for
This person was obviously un aware that the visible holes are closed. That's why there was not a flag on the greens. It was changed to a 9 hole course. Open holes are great!
