The Crosswater Club at Sunriver, Ore. gets its name from the fact that it crosses over the Deschutes and Little Deschutes rivers several times during a round. The course, which plays to a par 72 of more than 7,600 yards, opened in 1995. It covers 600 scenic acres of woodlands and carefully preserved wetlands. In 1999, Crosswater was designated as a certified Audubon Sanctuary.
