Nicely maintained course. Friendly, accommodating staff (had to reschedule twice, mom in hospital, then surgery, very understanding). Will come back for sure. Thanx staff !!!

This 9-hole course was in decent shape from tee boxes to greens, and it also features a practice range and putting green. Their gas carts are overdue for retirement (missing windshields, squealing clutches, flat tires, generally beat up) and they also were in very short supply -- we got the last serviceable one when we started and people were waiting to take ours when we finished play. My high school age son and I booked here because we wanted to get a cheap 9 holes in for a bit of quick practice. We got a fairly cheap price ($13) but never finished our 9 holes because we literally ran out of time due to excruciatingly slow pace of play. Beware on Sundays, this course by its nature attracts a lot of families, young kids and other developing golfers (a kind way of saying "hackers"). The group ahead of us was stopping at 3 different tee boxes to tee off which puts balls out there at all different distances and really slows down play. They weren't the only ones doing that and none of the slow pokes ahead of us invited faster players to play-through and no sort of course ranger or pace of play monitoring appeared to be in place. Since we were just there to practice we each played 2 balls from tee to green to use up the waiting time and we still waited on the group ahead on virtually every shot while never holding up the people behind us. At the 2 hr + 15 min point, we had not yet tee'd off on #8 so we departed the course without finishing due to an obligation to be elsewhere. I might play here again, but definitely never on a Sunday.
Always an enjoyable round here
Always a pleasure to play Edgewood. Though now it is only a 9 hole course, you have 2 par 5's, 3 par 3's and 4 par 4's so you get to use all your clubs and skills. Greens are always in fantastic shape, and overall the fairways and rough are in good shape.
Bunkers are OK, could use a little more sand.
