Located just outside of downtown Cleveland, Tanglewood National Golf Club is one of the area's top championship golf courses. The course formerly opened as Tanglewood Country Club in 1966 and was the site of the PGA Tour's final Cleveland Open in 1972 and the 1976 Babe Zaharias Classic on the LPGA tour. The course features fast bentgrass greens and plays over 7,000 yards from the championship tees. ASGCA member William F. Mitchell designed Tanglewood National.
