Colin Creek
Terrible conditions…greens were only sand and 12 holes certainly under those conditions are not worth $20+…Terrible! Tee boxes were okay, but most fairways were torn up and you could tell there was little to no maintenance going on there.
New restaurant! Mowed greens. Great visit.
Very underrated for the area. Tough track around a beautiful private lake. Only has 13 holes and when playing 18 holes one plays the front side from a different set of tees. Such a value for the views and conditions. Not the masters but a wonderful place to play a round of golf. The new green olive restaurant has wonderful breakfast and burgers. Can't wait til my next visit.
Solid for the money.
Staff was incredibly friendly. Course was in good shape. The hot deal was 12.99 for that price this place is excellent. Greens were well taken care of and the fairways were in good shape. They’re going through some construction to make it truly an 18 hole course. Right now there is 12 holes and you replay from other tees to make it 18. The paths and tee boxes are confusing is my only complaint. I’ll definitely play it again.
For a $16 golf now special it was pretty good. However, it’s really a 12 hole course where you play the first six holes as 13-18 from different tee boxes. It was very confusing and frustrating by the end. It was winter so course conditions were as expected with dormant bermuda. I doubt I would play it again but I always like trying new courses.
Hidden gem
Enjoyed the peace and quite. The views are amazing. Will be back soon.
Really cool course
Played here right after Christmas. Loved it and want to go back soon. Extremely friendly young man working there. Would recommend calling if you want to play on a weekend. 12 hole course, it feels like the perfect amount if you want to play a nice quick round but not as quick as 9.
What a wonderful day at the Lake!
Course was in above average condition for winter. Greens were a bit slow but rolled true. This course has wonderful design for the 12 holes it has. The second set of tees for the third set of 6 holes could be better marked but overall this course is a great value and so much fun to play!. We will be back soon.
Nice course near Mocksville
This is a nice country golf course outside of Mocksville. It has a nice mix of holes, some wide open and some that need more precision, some big flat greens and some smaller undulating ones. Water comes into play on a few holes. People who play here aren't too precious about their golf games so the pace of play is good.
People are friendly and the cost is reasonable. If I lived closer to Mocksville I would play here regularly.
