the course has some interesting challenges
I liked the course very much. It is not the hardest course I have ever played but it certainly has some challenges. A few of the greens needed some work but overall it was very nice.
Course recovering nicely from the wet summer. Staff friendly and helpful as always.
Did not play this course for most of the summer because of the damage done by a wet summer. Course is now in good shape and is again a great place to play.
This course has a beautiful Waterfall !
Very enjoyable course, with very good greens and fairways. A winding creek comes into play on most holes which can & will make you pay.
Better communication from staff please!
First time playing the course and shared this with clubhouse staff. They did not inform me that #15 was closed. You would think common courtesy would dictate that type of communication. As for the course, laid out well with multiple doglegs. Shot shaping is a good thing to have in your bag, unfortunately, I don't! Greens were thick and slow (made slower by morning rain). Fairways were brown but still decent for this time of year. Honestly didn't enjoy this course nearly as much as other courses in the area. On a scale from 1-10, I'd give the course a 6. Thankful that I scored a hot deal ($14 for 18!). Will wait to play again until spring.
Has a few problems at the moment
Unfortunately, our area has had more rainfall than ever in history. The greens are in bad condition, hole 15 closed, a few temporary greens. Obviously, no one can control the weather.
Great course, beautiful scenery, but right now not much fun to play.
greens in bad shape
This course has been a favorite of mine for the last 7 years, we try to play it at least 4 or 5 times every summer or fall. The pro told us the greens have gotten to much rain and lost most of the turf. They are still playable but they are cut very low, Extremly fast and in some cases unfair when a 4 foot put on a sidehill lie lips out and runs off the green and 10 yds down the fairway. Also the golfnow price i paid for a after 2pm tee time was their normal rate. So i paid that plus the online fee to book. Wait until the greens are healed before booking.
