Great time
We had a great time out here. Our first time playing the pines course. Nice layout no problems with pace of play
Great Service and Club Experience
I always love golfing here. Staff is great, and you can’t beat the price. Course is challenging but friendly, and is in great condition. Amazing value for 18. Best in the area.
Take a drive to play both of these courses
Very good conditions this season. I think the added rain has helped. Only rough spots are some of the tee boxes hadn’t been cut in a little while.
Club house / restaurant are among the best for courses in the neighboring area.
One thing leaving some to be desired are the carts.
Otherwise, amazing courses, with great views.
Island Oak has tighter shoots and narrow fairways.
Charleston Pines is very open, a little more water hazards.
Charleston Pines
We played this course several times last year and it was good. The course is even better this year. There was almost no one on the course, so we were able to play through in 3 1/2 hours. Playing on a holiday worked well!
good course for bogey golfers
If you shot 85-95 this is a nice course to gain some confidence playing on. The layout is interesting with many wide-open fairways. Approach shots to the green have only a few traps in front-so good shots which are short don't end up in a trap. Greens are relatively flat and roll nicely. Enjoyable day of scoring.
