Aztec Municipal Golf Course, designed by Jim Casey, opened in 1950 with a nine-hole routing and was expanded to an 18-hole, 5,852-yard track in 2001. Features include towering cottonwood trees, penal-style shot values, bentgrass greens and rolling high-desert terrain. Clubhouse offers a modern fleet of carts, pro shop amenities, grille and fully licensed bar that is available for meetings, special events, parties, team building and post-round libations. Host site of The First Tee of San Juan County.
