A very challenging course, especially the 4th and par5 17th. An A.W. Tillinghast design. The last 2 holes are par 5s. It was renovated in 1954 by Robert Trent Jones who made the 4th hole his signature. It has a green completely protected by a large pond. The 17th is a 630 yard par 5. Lots of sand. Past host of many national championships.
