Typical Muni course
Some greens rolled nice. Others had some damage with dry spots on them. The tee boxes had little grass to put your tee into. It’s a better than average muni course. Get a deal on GolfNow if you plan on playing at this course.
Great Staff
the staff was amazing and pace was solid. Greens were in good shape but the fairways were a bit dry and worn but overall great little executive course.
Good value
Played this course many times and always enjoyed it. It has some interesting holes providing a little challenge. There are some holes that you have to shoot up to.
The conditions were very dry. But I can’t fault them for it. Every course is this season. The greens were in good conditions.
Delightful!
From beginning to end a great experience! Bill Casell a pleasure and made our day memorable. Highly recommend!
Piece of History
The course was established in 1889. What a treat. Only nine (9) holes. Very hilly. A lot of blind approach shots to the greens. Greens are very hard so you have to take that into comsideration when httting your shots into the green for the run out. All of the people there were friendly including fellow golfers. All age groups there including youths. Nice veranda over looking golf course 1st and 9th holes for libations and food. You got to go. Relaxing day.
Nice course
The fairways and greens were in great condition. We took a cart and glad we did as there were a few hills although many golfers were walking. We were disappointed in the Grille offerings of no draft beer and only hamburgers and hot dogs precooked, wrapped and sitting in a warmer. Of course that may be due to Covid19. We will look forward to play there again.
