Desert Willow Golf Course

Considering the overall layout of this executive course that has four par three’s that replace a traditional four par five’s
I think this course has potential for a fun, intermediate skill level type course and therefore should not have ultrafast greens that are slightly on the hard side that are not holding most approach shots even if they are slightly high like mine , I am a intermediate mid handicap
I think they should let the grass grow and get the greens a little softer. This will increase pace of play and improve peoples scores

I was shocked by how much fun we had. Conditions on the course were great, and for that price? How can you not love it.

Desert Willows is always an enjoayable course to play. The people are wonderful and the course play was perfect. This is the absolute best course for the money.

Lots of short holes, but most offer a pretty good challenge to get on the green stay or not shoot into a bunker. Makes it a lot of fun if you’re working hard to get paid for a Grennie!

Skipped hole 11 - 16 because pace of play was too, too slow ....

Efficient staff, decent conditions, variety of hole layouts, good pace of play, affordable.

Head of the club who was marshaling the day I played was a dick. Kept rushing everyone even though there was still a lot of time and made some really off the wall comments talking to us like we had already committed transgressions against course rules. Note that ALL the other staff except this head honcho are very nice.
