Can’t see the greens

This is not sour grapes because I shot 76 both rounds. 9 of the holes you can’t see putting surface, only part of the flag. One of those you can’t see the flag no matter where you are, and two others you can’t see the flag if you’re on the wrong side of the fairway.
I don’t mind 1-2 of those in a round, but this got old. The greens have great undulations, and the firmness and wind mean you have to play for the ball to roll after it hits the green. But that’s not possible when you can’t see the great undulations.
This site has so much potential, if you could actually see the greens from the fairways it might actually be fun to play.

Nicklaus course in the Sandhills

Beautiful course in the sand dunes of Nebraska. In very good condition. Interesting routing thru the dunes. Deep bunkers. It's a great track that needs to be played at least once in your lifetime. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Doak's Red Course at Dismal River

The Doak (Red) course is different from the Nicklaus (White) course so there is great variety of golf holes. The back nine is down by the Dismal River. The flies are only present for the last week of June. The accommodations are in very comfortable, rustic cabins. Great beds and showers. The bar/dining at the club house to top notch. All guests, members and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's worth the long drive to get there.

Red Course is better

Fun experience. Course had a lot of winter kill on fairways and greens. Red course is way better and in good shape.
