Good for the price
This course is open to the public and is normally in pretty decent shape. Some tighter par 4s and longish par 5s make for a fairly average difficulty course. The only downside is the large quantities of old men that play here tend to negatively impact the pace of play.
Going Downhill
Played it a couple years ago... It had really went down hill from the previous time a few years before that. It's now owned by great life who also owns deer lake in Springfield and the course in Lebanon. It's like they are trying to see which course they can put the least amount of money/work into... I won't be back.
Not good
Course was in poor condition. Tee boxes were sparse on grass. Fairways were burned up and lots of weeds and bare spots. Around greens were batchy grass. The greens were soft and rolled true. No on course beverage cart. No grill at club house. Overall experience was poor Compared to a few years ago. Would not recommend going there if you want to play a nice course.
