The Lodge of Four Seasons is the only venue in Missouri that boasts 54 holes of championship golf. The resort offers three lakeside courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Robert Trent Jones, and Ken Kavanaugh. The Ridge Course is Kavanaugh's creation. The layout sprawls across rolling hills accented with colorful native wildflowers and mature trees. The golf course offers an excellent championship round that is player friendly enough for beginners with generous landing areas and only mild elevation changes. The course does offer a fair amount of challenge though with strategically placed bunkers and water hazards coming into play. The tricky finishing hole is especially heavy with bunkering. It is not an overly difficult hole but the large green that is sloped from back to front will definitely make you work for par.
