Bad nice course
Course was over booked ,pace of play was stupidly slow . Course layout was all over the place with very poor marking The score card nor the signage explained the hole layout or hazards At best you knew what par it was .No explanation of right left up or down or hazards .
BEST VALUE IN MID-MICHIGAN
I'M NOT SURE YOU COULD FIND A BETTER GOLF VALUE IN MID-MICHIGAN. THE COURSE IS TIGHT IN SPOTS AND CAN BE A CHALLENGE, BUT THE GREENS WERE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND IT'S A FUN COURSE TO PLAY.
first timer
his was a very nice experience. We played the midday and sunset nines. midday was our favorite of the 2. Course was well maintained, greens were rolling true. We will come again.
Great round
couldn't beat the weather and the price today, tee boxs need some help but overall very nice course for the price
Very nice course
My senior girlfriends and I played 18 at Midway/Sunset yesterday and had a great time. 2 of us were beginners, so we played the red tees. The course is beautiful and challenging. Several par fives, dog legs, and marshy areas make you play strategically. (Side note, I found as many balls as I lost.)
The staff was outstanding. It was clear that they took the Covid precautions seriously. If we didn’t live 45 minutes from Sunfield, we’d probably play here a lot more often.
The only downside was the mosquitos which were out in full force on Sunset at 4 pm. Bring your deet or play when it’s sunny. Or both. We’ll be back for sure.
Excellent day for golf!
Good course; will get better once the rain and high water goes away. The greens were excellent; fairways still need some trimming. Some adjustments because of the high water; but still a great day for golfing!
Course just seemed to not be taken care of. Greens were great fairways not so much. There has been alot of rain lately so that might be the reason.
Nice 27
Nice 27 hole course. Not the best but far from the worst. Can get soggy if or after a good rain. Starters r always there so things usually run very smooth.
Challenging and well priced
Centennial was in very good shape when I played it. The greens are fast, and the course is narrow and challenging in areas. The price was just right. Only issue is the majority of the tee boxes are not flat, or have very few flat areas.
Best course for the money!
I’ve been golfing this course for a number of years. And it is by far one of the best courses for the value with 27 holes the pace of play is never usually an issue always scenic and can be challenging for all levels of experience.
