Kimberley Oaks Golf Course

I absolutely LOVED the layout of this course. The cart paths leave no mystery as to where the next whole is. All in all, the layout is top notch. Beautiful many times over.

The course itself is in very rough shape. Hard, HARD fairways. In some cases it was hard to even get an iron under the ball. The greens? Forget about it.

The second cut was so unkempt that I lost 4 or 5 balls just because I didn't hit a FIR. Craziness. And we aren't talking shanks into the forest. I was losing balls. In the second cut.

So that was demoralizing. But so much potential here!!!!

Excellent full bar that serves breakfast starting at 7am!

I realize that they had a thunderstorm the night before but the course is not in great shape. Bunkers full of weeds!! Course had not been mowed as of 830am. Branches all over the place. Greens were very hard, with very little chance to keep ball on approach shots. And the worst thing of all.... not one water container had water in it. It's been very hot lately and I would think that they would have them full so we could keep hydrated. But pace of play was good.

Dumpsters next to practice green. All you can smell is trash. Staff was very friendly. It’s apparent the course grooming is mismanaged or it’s just under funded. The tee boxes fairways and rough are poor. Greens were in decent shape. Owner seems to put what money there is into the club house but that’s not what golfers care about. Fix the course, then fix the building. Weeds all over, and course has no appeal. I’ll visit at the end of the season to see how things went. Sad... this course has so much potential and new ownership isn’t an improvement so far.

Upkeep on the course was non exsistant, did not see any maintenance crews. If you hit off the fairway good luck finding your ball cuz you won’t. Tee boxes are terrible weeds, uneven, unkept. Played this course for years this is the worst I’ve seen it.

Lots of rain this spring but are tee time was 8am and there was no one in the parking lot and now I no why. Course is in rough shape!!

My daughter and I played this Saturday for the first time. I was warned about the water flowing through, but didn’t expect a River that at times was 30 feet across.
The menu was awesome and food very delicious. We usually are only able to get a hot dog or brat, this kitchen was great.

I have played this course over many years. Some tough holes, but not impossible you need to make the right selection. Wish I lived closer to play more often.

The course was in good shape. Me and a buddy did a Sunday morning. If you hit the ball straight you will be fine. This course is nice I would recommend trying it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Managed care, grioming, greens and fairways is easily seen. Great course layout and challenges. This course is looking great.

Great layout Has some work to do on a few fairways and greens but looks as though it is being done. Could be a hidden gem. Will play again

Had a great golf experience at Kimberly Oaks. Beautiful course with lots of challenges.

I used to love this course, I came back and played again and it was nothing short of a mess. The greens had bare spots on it that you simply can't put over many of the fairways did also. The staff in the clubhouse weas a complete embarrassment. They charge you more for beer on the course then in the clubhouse and their excuse is that they don't trust the cart girls so they don't honor the same pricing. The owner had a very off putting demeanor when we arrived. We told her that we have paid through golfnow and she said 'oh the cheap rates'. Seriously?! I will never go back there.

Course was beyond expectations. I hesitated to go ( 42 miles from my house) but will definitely go again.

Well I made a great review and had zero amount of bad language in it but I was critical of golf now and it would not let me post it. Error message, my text contained inappropriate language in it, yea okay nice try but no it did not! To put it short, the course was in great shape for the weather, the owner was wonderful to work with even after a mix up, he was put on hold from GN for a while and finally said the heck with it go golf. I will be back for sure!

beautiful country style layout (think narrow, plays long, and heavily wooded) friendly staff, medium to slow greens - great food and drinks - a few rough spots on the course but the weather has been hard on it this season

We love golfing here. It is quite a challenge for me with all of the ponds and creeks passing through and I consider myself a pretty good golfer. It is beautiful and we especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff and how they remember you.

No driving range or on course restrooms. No drinking water on course. Will play again, great value.
