Nestled within a residential community, Detroit Golf Club offers two 18-hole courses, the North Course and the South Course. The South Course is the less difficult of the two but it still offers a fair amount of challenge. Although the North Course is longer, the South Course has several lengthy par 4s and challenging greens on the par 3s. The layout features wide fairways and water comes into play on one hole. There is some bunkering but less than there is on the North Course. The Detroit Golf Club has a putting green and chipping area in addition to the two courses.
