It used to be awesome!

I've been to the back nine probably 20 times in the last 2 years. It used to be awesome, greens were great and every hole was.... on the green. I went back this week and I'm not sure I'll be returning. 4 of the holes weren't even on the green, they were about 40 yards in front of the green in the fairway. I PAID 72 BUCKS TO PLAY 9 HOLES AND 4 OF THEM WEREN"T EVEN ON THE GREEN. I could barely play cause it was making me so angry - the conditions, the price, the letting this place completely decline this year. It was atrocious and I wish I asked for a refund. Ever since Bob left this place is becoming laughable. Let me know when they want to sell to someone who gives a cr@p.

Five Greens Were Unavailable

I simply don't understand how this place can charge full price yet have five greens unplayable. Four of the holes had temporary greens. One of the holes had an angry coyote guarding it, so much so that people were afraid to retrieve their balls from the anywhere near the green. This happened to numerous groups ahead of us and behind us. If there is a problem with that many greens, you cannot charge full price.

Also, the cart path only rule is preposterous. It was nearly 100 degrees and I had a 9-year old with me. The course holds itself out as a place for newcomers to learn the game. But when they have to walk all the way across a hole, all you're doing is frustrating them and making pace of play horrible. And what about the veterans - guys and girls who are older and don't or can't walk that much? If the course is under water, that's fine. But not when it's hot and the course is in decent shape.

I'm very disappointed by my experience, especially since I was hoping it would be a place where my daughter and I could frequent.

De lightly par three

I'm a 70 yo 10.3 hip. Locals told me course is under new management. Played several years ago and was not impressed. This time - totaly different! This is a beautiful course, very well maintained, lots of water, wild flowers and tress. Great course for a good golfer to practice his approach shots and short game! Great course for seniors, hight hip, and new golfers and juniors. A tight course with trees and water. I played during the week and played as a single - very peasant! My only issues was the greens. They were too slow - Velcro slow! On the first hole I had a 40' put and left it 20' short -surprise! It was difficult to adjust to the speed. Otherwise , this is a very fine course and worth playing.
