Ocean City Golf & Yacht Club offers two 18-hole courses, the Seaside and Newport Bay, which was known as the Bayside Course until a major redesign in 1998. The Seaside Course is the longer and more challenging of the two. The traditional design has remained largely unchanged since first opening in 1959. The challenging layout has withstood the test of time and has become one of the most popular golf courses along the Eastern shore. The classic layout features wide open fairways and tightly guarded greens. The greens are smaller than those you might find on more modern golf courses, which means your accuracy will be put to the test. It’s also shorter than most modern courses but it still provides a good amount of length at just over 6,700 yards from the back tees.
