The golf course at the Metairie Country Club is an 18-hole, private course located just outside of New Orleans. The links-style course's design was created by Seth Raynor and later restored by Ron Forse. The course is 6,600 yards at its longest tees, playing to a par of 72.
Metairie Country Club has elevated greens of Bermuda grass and strategically placed trees scattered throughout. Water hazards also come into play on some holes. To keep the game interesting, the golf course possesses difficult par 3s, par 4s, and par 5s. Although the course does feature some challenging elements, the course is suitable for all levels of golfers.
