Description

The golf course at Willowdale Country Club in Luling is a semi-private, 18-holer. Opened in 1968, Everett Alleman designed the par 72 course that stretches out over 6,656 yards. The course has a good amount of length for a regulation course with a medium-length layout. Willowdale Country Club is well maintained and there are some easy approach shots for golfers looking to lower their score. The greens and fairways are covered in Bermuda grass. To add to the challenge of the course, there are bunkers and water hazards that are strategically placed throughout the course.

This used to be a nice course but for whatever reason it has declined now to a point that it is not really worth playing, especialy at the rates they charge. What a pity. ... more»
