The private, 18-hole golf course at the Timberlane Country Club provides a challenging game of golf. The course is relatively flat and stretches over 7,100 yards at the longest tees. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in the 1950s, the oaks that were once planted as seedlings on the golf course are now tall trees that lend to the beauty and design of the course.
The oak-lined fairways and sand bunkers give some interest to the course. Water hazards also come into play on eight of Timberlane Country Club's holes. The greens are expansive and they play fast. Golfers at the club can also enjoy an all-grass practice range and putting green.
