Anthony
Course was very nice well maintained, staff was informed and pleasant. Cost a little high for the service 40 dollars for 9 holes I've seen better for that price.
Wide Open
This is a wide open links style course, hence the name. Pins often overlap. No course directional markers observed. Had difficulty finding 1st tee. Fairways are wide with hills and bunkers. If you like to hit it low and let it run this is the course to do it. Little to no tree lines, and holes are side by side. Some very nice water boundary wood holess and the greens were fast and moved quite a bit. Drivable par 4s from the white tees if you get a strong back wind in this wide open field. Overall decent course if you like links style. Affordable at $39. Will play again if I'm ever in the area.
Great Course
Pros - Course conditions were immaculate. Greens were some of the best I've seen playing in multiple SE states. Layout was somewhat predictable on the front 9, however the back 9 did have some interesting holes.
Awesome Course!!
One of the most fun courses I've ever played. Wide fairways, and lots of sand make it rewarding yet challenging. Greens are always immaculate. They do a great job maintaining it. I live in the area and LOVE playing it. Best municipal course in Louisiana.
Great Links Course
Challenging but fair. Will reward a good shot. Good bunkering and well kept. Greens are good size, receptive and smooth. Fairways have plenty of room with great lies. If I lived here I seek information about becoming a member. Great Golf experience.
